Mobile ads are a format of AdWords ads that appear on mobile websites, and are available as either text or image ads. Mobile text ads can also appear when users search Google from a mobile device. With either type of ad, users who click on your ad will be sent to your mobile webpage. With mobile text ads, you also have the option to connect users to your business phone.
Mobile ads are currently available to advertisers targeting the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Mobile ads are only displayed on mobile carriers in those locations. Most advertisers in many different countries are eligible to create mobile ads, even if they won't be able to see them (if your billing address isn't in one of the countries listed above, you won't see your ad).
