When creating your AdWords account, you can choose any time zone to use for your account reports, statistics, and billing. The official 'working day' for your account, including all billing and statistics, will be from midnight to midnight in the time zone you set.
The time zone setting affects only the administration of your account. It won't affect the appearance, rank, or pricing of your ads. It simply lets you track your account in the time that works best for you. Your ads can show in all the locations you have targeted in your campaigns regardless of your time zone setting.
Choosing a time zone
You will be asked to select a time zone when creating your AdWords account. Most advertisers prefer to select their own local time zone for their account, but you can pick any time zone you like. Note that your account time zone can be set only once, so please choose carefully during the account set-up process. All available time zones are in full hour or half-hour increments relative to Greenwich Mean Time. If your local time zone is one of the few offset a quarter-hour from GMT, the AdWords system cannot support your time zone. Please choose a different time zone for your account.
Note that time zones are affected by Daylight Saving Time. Your account shifts automatically to reflect any changes to the local time zone you have selected. However, you can choose to have your account set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) with no shifts for Daylight Saving Time. To do so, choose "(GMT+00:00) No daylight saving" during the account setup process. Learn more about how Daylight Saving Time affects account statistics.
