The "Search terms" report allows you to see every search query that resulted in your ad being triggered and clicked. Whether your ad is triggered depends on two factors: 1) the search term that the user enters when searching a site within the Google Network and 2) your keyword match settings. Follow these steps to generate the report:
- Sign in to your AdWords account at https://adwords.google.com

- Click Campaigns.
- Click the name of the campaign you're interested in.
- Click the Keywords tab.
- Click the See search terms button.
- Select Selected if you want to generate the report for the keywords with marked checkboxes. Otherwise, select All to generate the report for all the keywords listed.
The list of search terms will appear on the page. You can add search terms from the list to your ad group keyword list. Alternatively, if you want to stop your ad from triggering for particular terms, add those terms as negative keywords.
