Investigate a payment

Your proof of payment can be a scanned image or screenshot of your bank statement or payment receipt. Make sure that it's in an uneditable format and that the receiving account number, payment amount and date of payment are visible. We suggest that you black out your bank account number for security purposes.

Note: You should only send us a proof of payment if over two weeks have passed since you initiated the bank transfer and the funds still haven't reached your AdWords account.
