Application to Advertise Online Gambling in Great Britain

We currently allow advertising from the following categories of service providers: Gambling Services – the operator of the gambling activities. If you make the gambling activities available, but are not the holder of any relevant licence or permissions, for example because your gambling services are powered by a third party, you will need to ask the Gambling Licensee to provide a copy of its licence as part of the application process. See form below. Aggregator Services – aggregator or comparison sites which provide information about, or a comparison of, other gambling services, but do not themselves provide gambling activities which require a licence. They may provide links to gambling services not operated or controlled by the aggregator. If you are an aggregator, please use the aggregator application form. Sports Spread betting Services – provide spread betting services only. If you do not require a gambling licence to provide your services because you are regulated by the Financial Services Authority, please use the spread betting application form. At this time, Gambling Licensees must hold a valid licence in one of the following jurisdictions: Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), Alderney, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Malta, or Antigua and Barbuda. Google may add additional jurisdictions to this list in future. Sports Spread betters must provide spread betting services within England, Scotland, and Wales and be licensed by the Financial Services Authority.
