AdWords Top Contributors
Top Contributors are long time members of the AdWords help forum who, over time, have distinguished themselves as being knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently ready to assist others in succeeding with AdWords. They very kindly take time away from their AdWords-related professional pursuits in order to spend time posting as volunteer 'AdWords experts' in this forum. In so doing, they have assisted many hundreds of advertisers, since November 2008 in the AdWords Help forum that you see today - as well as in an earlier AdWords Help forum going back many years.

I began working as an AdWords Consultant in 2004 when a web design client asked how he could market his website. I fell in love with AdWords and how easy it was to get my clients ads online and was always pleased to hear my customer raving about great results. I quickly introduced other clients to AdWords. I found the Help Forum in 2006 while researching, decided to answer a few questions, and soon found myself spending as much time as I could afford helping other advertisers. Google has been kind to recognize my contribution and expertise making me a Top Contributor, a title which I am proud to hold.

I've been using AdWords since 2002 and started answering questions in the AdWords Help forum in 2006. Before working as a search marketing consultant, I was a software engineer at AOL. MIT is my alma mater. It is an honor to be named a Top Contributor by Google. I try to answer questions from an advertiser's perspective, which does not always align with how a Google employee might answer a question. I think it's important to consider different perspectives. I also enjoy learning from other members in the forum. When not in the forum, I'm not in the forum.

Although my life doesn't evolve around AdWords, my career certainly does and as such I have found myself deeply involved within the AdWords community. The forum is a great place to share, learn and meet fellow professionals who enjoy online marketing. By posting a few times a day, or week, I feel I can give something back to a community I have learnt so much from. I stumbled across the forum a while ago and becoming a Top Contributor was a great privilege for me, so please feel free to ask any questions and if I can’t answer, I’m sure one of the other guys can help!

I began working in online marketing in 2008 and soon found and joined the AdWords forum. I received so much help and useful information that it’s a pleasure to help others in turn. I've been online since 1994, have always been a big fan of user-to-user forums, and believe this one is an incredible resource for AdWords advertisers. I visit it to answer questions and to read others' questions and answers to improve my own knowledge for my full-time job and my consulting work. Being recognized as a Top Contributor is an unexpected honor, and I hope to be on the forum--sharing and learning--for a long time to come.

I joined the AdWords Forum because I was just getting started and needed a place to read questions and answers to everyday problems. As I learned more about AdWords I started to answer questions and get more involved in the community. The forum provided a great place to practice my writing and style while also helping others. Much to my surprise, I was invited to be a top contributor at the end of 2009. Although I’m happy to answer easy questions, I’m always on the hunt for that particular inquiry where I can unravel the intricacies and techniques of AdWords.

I joined the Google AdWords forum in 2006 and as a result of my active participation I was awarded a Top Contributor status in 2008 which I am really thrilled with. A Google Advertising Professional and a Platinum Expert Author in PPC category by Ezine Articles, I and a few of my TC friends also run a blog named AdWords Help Experts where we provide additional assistance to fellow advertisers. Currently I am working on a multi-million dollar project headquartred in Seattle, WA, in the capacity of a SEM advisor. Needless to say, our main focus is on Google AdWords.

I've been using Adwords since 2002 when I took over management of the account for my then employers. Upon creating my own company I began to attract other clients and helped many to improve their results. I became an active poster in the previous forum and have always enjoyed helping other users and learning myself in the process. My current business is currently more focused towards web applications but almost all our clients do use Adwords so I get to keep my hand in. I'm thrilled to be considered a Top Contributor and hope to continue posting as long as I'm allowed!

My first experience with the AdWords Help Forum was when I was looking for answers to a Conversion Tracking question. As a person who enjoys hands-on learning, I appreciated the pace at which I could discover new information from people who had a similar passion for search marketing. I enjoy giving back to a community, whether it’s through my participation in the AdWords forum, or through my volunteer work as a Big Brother in the Chicagoland area. In my spare time I am a devoted dad to my 1 year old son. Chasing after him keeps me busy.

I joined the AdWords Forum to learn about the program; what works, what doesn't work, how to improve performance, etc. I started answering beginner type questions as a responsible member of the forum. I figured if I answered the simple questions, someone with more experience would be available to answer more advanced questions. I found that in researching the answers to question on the forum, my learning curve on AdWords was accelerated. It was a surprise, and an honor, to be invited to the Top Contributor group. I don't do AdWords for any clients, only for my boss. But I don't mind taking a couple minutes here and there to help make sense (or cents).
