Negative keyword, moderately restricted serving status, or network distribution: What can I do?

Your ad is not showing because of a negative keyword, moderately restricted serving status, or network distribution setting.

You may have included this keyword as a negative keyword for this campaign. If your negative keywords overlap with your regular keywords, the negative keywords will block your regular keywords from showing your ad. To address this issue, review your negative keywords and remove any that overlap with your regular keywords. This will allow your regular keywords to show your ad.

If your ad has been classified moderately restricted, this may affect how the ad is delivered. Note that if your ad is classified as strongly restricted, modifying the content of your site or your ad text may make you eligible for consideration as a moderately restricted site. See the Sexual content policy for more information.

If your campaign is only opted into the Display Network, you may not be able to see your ad. Learn more about campaign types.
